Compliance Manager (m/f/d), Schaftenau, Tyrol

Job Purpose

Lead or support of CRSO and matrix team projects/activities with regard to compliance strategy, operational compliance activities and process transformation and improvement. Lead of or contribution to regulatory consulting and regulatory support activities.

Major Accountabilities

  • Lead/support/coordinate compliance strategy and/or activities of Global Biopharmaceutical Regulatory affairs, e.g. connected to trainings, standard operating procedures, deviation and CAPA management, change control, information security and archiving, data integrity, pharmacopoeial and file compliance, inspections and self-inspections, electronic systems, compliance related communication and information exchange, KPI reporting, general compliance support
  • Lead/support/coordinate strategy and/or activities for definition or improvement of compliance-related or regulatory-related processes/interfaces/information flow in alignment with electronic systems used within processes
  • Liaise with respective functions within Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders within Sandoz and GDD (e.g. Country Organizations, Preclinical/Clinical Development, Technical Development, etc.)
  • Liaise with and coordinate/support compliance and process aspects of regulatory systems related activities with the regulatory systems function within CRSO
  • Coordinate and prioritize the workload/assignments of project team members to assure compliance with regulatory agency regulations and
  • timely submissions to support team objectives
  • Lead/support/coordinate regulatory consulting and regulatory workload support activities

Ideal Background

  • University degree in natural sciences, PhD or alternatively several years of compliance or regulatory or other relevant industry experience or other relevant qualification
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Compliance and/or Biotech Regulatory Affairs (or less if high learning curve or relevant industry experience and/or PhD) and well-performing manager
  • Experience in Quality / Patient Safety is desirable

A starting salary based on a full-time employment of € 3,323.23 gross per month applies to this position. We offer an overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
