Project Manager Product Operations (f/m/x)

The core purpose of the Product Operations Project Manager is to provide project management support for high-priority, complex and global cross-functional portfolio programs to support the growth strategy for lifecycle and new product introductions. Working Language is English.


    • Cooperation with POL on organizing, developing agenda, facilitation and documentation for GMSGQ Product Team meetings
    • Manage product specific project portfolio ensuring alignment with product strategy
    • Manage content and maintenance of program information platform (Sharepoint) and project portfolio management system (SPOT)
    • Support launches of project opportunities (idea generation to project initiation)
    • Support strategic planning with respect to projects and growth capacity
    • Driving accountability and track progress for milestone hit rate of Product Operations program/projects
    • Facilitates translation of product strategy into clear and measurable team goals
    • Establish GMSGQ Product Team dashboard to track & measure milestone compliance
    • Support set up, scopes, develops high level project plan and monitors execution of global strategic x-functional product specific projects
    • Supporting development of proposals, project charters and/or business cases
  • Support creation, administration and organization of department reporting and data bases


  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical or life science field
  • Minimum 3+ years industry work experience in an global, cross cultural environment with experience in pharmaceutical or similar industries
  • Work Experience in program management
  • Proficient in the application of appropriate project management tools (Preferable certified e.g. PMI, IPMA, Prince 2)
  • Strong Leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Mostly independent, diligent, and proactive workstyle
  • Good communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent German and English skills

The minimum salary for this position is minimum € 2.644,- gross per month (full-time); increased payment is possible. The contract will be limited for 6 Month, an extension is possible.
