Talent Acquisition Assistant with IT Background (Temporary - 1 to 3 Months | Fully Remote | m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes: post ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination
- Liaise with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring workflows
- Conduct initial outreach and communications with candidates
- Provide general support to the HR and talent acquisition team
